From leisure riders to competitive riders, we can help all levels improve their own body to support their horse’s performance.

Why Work With Us?

We take a different approach to rehabilitation and fitness than you may have found before. By combining our 20 years of osteopathic practice with our understanding of movement coaching, combined with evidenced based strength and conditioning, we have honed our skills to help people move better, recover from pain, build confidence in the body and improve their long-term performance.

Whether you’re returning to exercise after injury, managing ongoing aches and pains or looking to improve strength and performance, every programme is tailored to your unique needs and goals, including your experience and ability level.

Unlike generic gym programmes or one size fits all fitness plans, out coaching focusses on quality movement, mobility, resilience and sustainable progress – helping you feel stronger not just during training, but for everyday life activities and sport. With specialist experience in musculoskeletal health, (that’s everything muscles, joints, bones and soft tissue), and rider biomechanics, we bridge the gap between pain recovery and functional fitness in a supportive, realistic and approachable environment.

Testimonials

“I originally started working with Georgina because of ongoing lower back pain that was stopping me from exercising confidently. The combination of rehabilitation exercises, strength work and movement coaching helped me feel stronger and more capable than I have in years. Everything was explained clearly and progressed at a pace that felt realistic and achievable. I now move better, feel fitter and have far more confidence in my body again.”

Sarah

Strength and Rehabilitation Client

“As a rider, I hadn’t realised how much my own stiffness and lack of core strength were affecting my position and comfort in the saddle. Georgina’s rider biomechanics coaching completely changed my awareness of how I move both on and off the horse. The exercises were practical, easy to follow and genuinely made a difference to my balance, stability and endurance while riding. I feel stronger, more secure and much more comfortable during longer rides.”
