About Us
Posture to Performance has been created to bridge the gap between rehabilitation, movement and performance — combining evidence-based rehabilitation, osteopathy-informed exercise coaching and personal training to help people move better, feel stronger and perform with confidence.
Based in Northamptonshire, Posture to Performance supports adults recovering from injury, managing ongoing aches and pains, returning to exercise, improving fitness, or looking to build long-term strength, mobility and resilience. Using a personalised and supportive approach to movement and exercise, every programme is designed to improve the way the body moves and performs both in everyday life and sport.
Combining rehabilitation-focused personal training, functional strength and conditioning, mobility coaching and injury prevention strategies, Posture to Performance helps clients progress safely and sustainably at every stage of their journey. Whether supporting recovery from back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain or joint injuries, or helping individuals improve posture, fitness and confidence, the focus is always on building stronger, more resilient bodies for long-term health and performance.
Alongside general rehabilitation and fitness coaching, Posture to Performance has a specialist interest in rider biomechanics and equestrian performance. Horse riders place unique physical demands on their bodies, and rider posture, balance, mobility and core stability all influence comfort and performance in the saddle. Through targeted rider fitness, mobility and strength coaching, Posture to Performance helps riders improve body awareness, movement control, endurance and overall riding performance both on and off the horse.
Unlike generic gym programmes or one-size-fits-all fitness plans, Posture to Performance takes an individualised, evidence-based approach that combines rehabilitation principles with realistic, achievable exercise programming. The aim is not simply to exercise harder, but to move better, build confidence, reduce injury risk and create long-term, sustainable improvements in strength, mobility and performance.
Meet Georgina
Posture to Performance was founded by Georgina Bull, a registered osteopath and qualified Level 3 personal trainer with over 20 years of experience working in musculoskeletal health, rehabilitation and movement-based care.
Alongside running Nene Valley Osteopathy, Georgina has developed a specialist interest in combining rehabilitation, functional fitness and movement coaching to help people progress beyond pain and build long-term physical resilience.
With extensive experience working within the equestrian and endurance riding community as both a therapist and rider, Georgina also has a strong interest in rider biomechanics, rider fitness and equestrian performance, helping riders improve strength, mobility, posture and comfort in the saddle.
Her approach combines osteopathic knowledge, rehabilitation principles and evidence-based strength training to create supportive, realistic and personalised coaching for clients of all abilities — from beginners returning to exercise through to active individuals and competitive riders looking to improve long-term performance.
